Reminder: Freestanding Emergency Medical Care Facilities must now report claims data to THCIC starting with 4q2020 data.
THCIC publishes a list of all facilities in Texas that must report claims data. That list is found on the THCIC website, under "Current Facility Contact Information". You can refer to this list if you have any questions about which of your campuses or facilities must report data.
THCIC also published a FAQ document earlier this year about FEMCs reporting claims data. That FAQ document can be found here.

We need to enroll all new facilities into the Compass program via a contract amendment that will protect all entities in the transfer of PHI. This paperwork must be completed before we can create a new facility account in the Stratasan data collection portal.
